Join us for an unforgettable night of jazz as young Dubbo saxophonist Jim Sullivan leads the Jim Sullivan Jazz Septet, bringing together some of Australia’s finest musicians for one special evening in Dubbo.

- Phil Stack – Bass (a proud Dubbo local and one of Australia’s most acclaimed bassists, known from Thirsty Merc and collaborations with James Morrison)

This concert also shines a light on local talent through inspire&ignite, Studio 138’s creative development program for young and emerging artists. The program provides mentoring, resources and opportunities to showcase their work, building skills and confidence for future creative careers.
This event is part of the UNBOXED Creative Sessions, hosted by Studio 138 and made possible through the support of Dubbo Regional Council and Western Plains Cultural Centre.
How to Find the Blackbox Theatre
The Blackbox Theatre is located upstairs in the Community Arts rooms at the Western Plains Cultural Centre (corner of Gipps and Wingewarra Streets, Dubbo).
Parking: Free street parking is available nearby.
Access: A lift is available for easy upstairs access.
